REAL LIFE ONLY GRADUATE SHOWCASE
Exhibition/event at Wooosh Gallery, in collaboration with DJCAD’s 2021 graduating class in Fine Art and Art and Philosophy.

A distinctly ad-hoc, but nonetheless public-facing ‘degree show’ organised by Wooosh Gallery for the DJCAD graduates of 2021—whose education and art school experience was disrupted by the COVID-19 lockdown. Wooosh rebuffed the competitive and individuating institutional graduation rites of prize-giving ceremonies and solo presentations, prioritising instead an autonomous collective celebration. The event featured balloons, lots of handshakes, and a ‘buy the prize you’d most like to have on your CV’ auction.
